5 Steps to Being a Homeowner:

1) Pre Approval

Financial preparation is the first and most important step in the home buying process. If you have not contacted a lender to get pre-approved, I would strongly suggest doing this so you know what price range you qualify for.

2) Showings

We will go out and look at homes that fit your criteria.

3) Writing an Offer

Once we find a home you like we will sit down and write an offer along with the offer we will supply a copy of the pre-approval letter and an earnest money check.

4) Inspections

I will assist you in setting up the inspections that you have chosen per the purchase agreement.

5) Closing

The closing is the final phase of your home buying process. Make preparations to move — complete change of address forms, arrange for utilities to be disconnected at your current address and made available at your new home, and plan your actual move.
